Delivery and Returns
Orders placed before 3 p.m. weekdays excluding public holidays will be dispatched within 24 hours of recieving payment, however in this instance we will try our up most to post the same day.
Orders place after 3 p.m. or weekends and public holidays will be sent the next working day.
Unless you state otherwise:
Orders of £30 and up to £39.99 will be delivered free of charge via royal mail using 1st class postage, unless you require a different postage service, which will be chargeable.
Orders of £40 and up to £99.99 will be delivered free of charge via royal mail 1st class signed for, unless you require a different postage service, which will be chargeable.
Orders of £100 and over will be delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, unless you require a different postage service, which may chargeable.
The following postage fees apply if you do not qualify for free postage. The following fees also apply if you want to upgrade your free postage to a different service other than what is currently offered which is determined on your spend please see sub title above 'Free Postage'.
Royal Mail 1st class is charged at £3.30 estimated to arrive the next working day after being dispatched.
Cancellations and Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations Act you have the right to cancel your order by calling us on 07817169136(calls to this number are chargeable at your calling a mobile number in the UK) or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return any items purchased from us within 14 days from receipt. You lose your right to cancel if you do not do so within 14 days of recieving your item/s.
All products bar E-Liquids can be returned to us. You will be responsible for all postage costs incurred to return the item and must ensure that the items are returned in the original condition they were received in - unused and sealed in original packaging and all parts, this includes manuals and leaflets. You will be able to exchange the item for another providing you pay the postage cost for the new item to be posted to you. Atomizers and mods have a dead on arrival warranty, please let us know with in 24 hours of receipt if you item is damaged or faulty and we will replace it or refund where possible.
If you decide to cancel your order, the original cost of postage will be deducted from your final refund, this is applicable if you have recieved free postage on your order. If you exchange your item then you must pay for the cost of postage for the new item.
We highly recommend that all returns are made using recorded post, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whilst in transit. Items that are returned to us in a used/un-sellable condition will be returned to you if it is safe to post (i.e does not leak or contain a broken part), subject to you paying the postage costs for the return. If it is not safe to return the item to you then it will be disposed of safely and no refund will be issued. You will be responsible for all return postage costs, and if returned no refund on postage will be issued. Initial postage costs are non-refundable.
Atomizers and tank systems are both non-returnable and non-refundable once used. Drip tips along with open bottles of E-Liquid may not be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons. Regardless of circumstances we will not be held responsible for any devices that have been upgraded or modified this includes firmware updates, these are carried out at the users own risk,
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit quantities on an order that you place for inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information.
